Where is your office?
We are at a shophouse at 29 Kreta ayer road. Please schedule with us before arriving.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. About once in a month we hold diamond evaluations on the weekend by appointment only!
How much does the evaluation cost?
Nothing – no cost and no commitment.
How can I book an appointment?
We are available via whatsapp, contact forms and email.
Where do you ship?
We ship our products both locally and internationally.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be in accordance with destination country or region standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country or region.
Can I customise my engagement ring or wedding band?
Definitely! At Dianoche, we take pride in providing pristine service and the best quality of engagement rings and wedding bands. Customising your own ring design is a great way to express your personality and style. Need advice on suitability and design inspiration? What are the custom options?
Design Your Own: Build your own unique from scratch.
Have it Customised: Tweak/modify an existing design to match your style & personality.
Have it Now: Make minor adjustments to ready-made jewellery.
Customisation choices vary depending on whether you start from scratch, modify an existing design, or start with an in-stock piece. Familiarize yourself with the design elements which appeals most to you, then save favorite designs to your Design Page.
How long will the customisation process take?
Good things are worth the wait! Your customized ring will take approximately 8-12 weeks depending on the level of customization required.
What is the process of jewellery customisation?

Consultation
Arrange for an appointment virtually or at any of our 3 showrooms. Feel free to bring along any materials that will help us better understand your ideal design.

Design
Upon confirmation of the design, a deposit will be required and our designer will begin sketching the design in accordance with your preference.

Casting and Setting
Once the design is approved, production of your customised jewellery will commence and all you have to do is sit back and relax!
Are your diamonds natural?
At Dianoche, all diamonds are natural. This is aligned with our brand value of only sourcing from suppliers who meet our internal requirements.
What if I need to resize my ring?
Excluding eternity rings and tension rings, we offer a 60-day free resizing service to all online purchased rings and in-store purchased engagement rings. Please note that the minimum size for resizing is one full size, and half-size resizing is not available.
How long will the resizing process take?
Our ring resizing process will take approximately 2-3 weeks. (Excluding Season Periods)

Can I buy an engagement ring over the phone?
Yes, we are delighted to offer our clients the option to purchase a range of Dianoche pieces, including our iconic engagement rings, over the phone.
