Can I Exchange/Return My Item(s) In-Store?
Yes, for any item that we have in stock. However, we do not do exchanges/refunds for items that are custom-made.
Can I Exchange An Item By Mail?
You will have to send back the item after checking and confirming that there is no damage. We will then send the exchanged item over to you. All mailing and tax costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
