Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

We ship both locally within Singapore and internationally.

Local Shipping (Singapore):

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time varies by destination (typically 5–12 business days)

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout

  • Duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders (e.g., resizing, engraving, or personalization) may require additional time. The estimated timeline will be confirmed via email at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.


4. Packaging

Every jewellery piece is carefully packed in luxury Dianoche packaging, with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective

Return Process:

  1. Email sales@dianochediamonds.com.sg with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Refunds:

  • Refunds (minus any shipping fees) are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a detailed description

  • We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable


7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped

  • Please email us promptly with your cancellation request
